I’ve always loved designing rugs for children, and now I’ve decided to branch out! I hope you have as much fun looking at these pieces as I did creating them.

The pillows and ottomans in this collection are hand-appliqued felt. Some of the elements, like the lion’s mane in the Animal Kingdom ottoman or the flowers in Flocks, are 3-D; the fabric projects from the surface of the object. This adds to the tactile quality of the pieces.

The material is 70% wool/30% rayon, which means that the items are incredibly soft. In addition, no harmful chemicals have been used. The covers are hand-sewn in India, and the fill is made in the USA. For the pillows, I chose a poly filling, and the ottomans have a dense foam core that has been treated to make it fire retardant. The comfort and safety of the children who will play with these pieces has been uppermost in my mind.

I will add designs to the collection periodically. Please note that custom pillows, ottomans, and wall hangings are available, and, of course, custom rugs!
